In early 2006 my wife and I began looking into buying a new home. As we were not sure what we wanted in a new house we decided to look at houses that were advertised on various websites. We looked at hundreds of listings as we spent the next few months looking at houses and talking to real estate agents.

Many times in our search we were promised follow up by various agents on properties we were interested in seeing. Most agents did not contact us.

In spring we talked to several agents and decided to work with Julie Tobolski, to help us find a home. We talked with Julie about our preferences, and she set up an automatic web search to notify us daily about the new properties which became available.

The next months we spent visiting MANY properties in DuPage county. Some of them looked very promising to me OR my wife, but it took a long time for us to determine what in a house we both like.

Julie showed us at least 40 different properties. In all the cases she would make an appointment with the sellers’ agent and make sure that we could visit the property at a time most convenient to us. Without an exception she was always on time.

Even though it took us a long time to find a house we fell in love with, Julie never tried to pressure us or lost her patience when once more the lawn Mary liked was just too much for me to mow.

Once we found the house my wife AND I liked, she notified us when the seller received another offer. She helped us preparing our offer and helped us saving a tremendous amount of money on the purchase price. She made sure to present our offer so convincingly that the seller accepted it without any significant change.

In finalizing all the detail work involved in closing the deal and completing the contracts, Julie was very helpful and was always on top of all closing requirements. She was able to recommend us an excellent home inspector and made sure to be there during the inspection.

We very highly recommend Julie to anyone looking for a highly effective and reliable real estate agent.
